Through successful earned media events and engaging social media campaigns, FitzGibbon Media works with Hollywood talent, musicians, and best-selling authors to promote documentaries and other films that make a difference.

In 2008, Fitzgibbon recruited A-list celebrities and musicians including R.E.M., Pearl Jam, Trent Reznor, and Dave Matthews to promote the film Countdown to Zero - produced by Academy Award - winner Lawrence Bender in mainstream and social media. The effort helped generate thousands of new supporters for Global Zero in their effort to rid the world of nuclear weapons and helped pack theaters on opening weekend.

Working with Howard Zinn, FitzGibbon garnered media placements in support of Chris Moore’s film The People Speak based on his critically acclaimed book "A People’s History of the United States” that ran following Mr. Zinn’s death.
